GET EQTY is building a new financial and commercial ecosystem for music and culture. We're looking for an exceptional President & Chief Operating Officer to help transform our technology, industry relationships, and business model into a globally scalable enterprise. This is not a traditional operations position. We need a builder, strategist, and proven operator who understands how to take an ambitious company from private beta to commercialization.

• Lead day-to-day business operations across GET EQTY.
• Translate the CEO's vision into executable operating strategies.
• Oversee organizational development, hiring, and executive accountability.
• Establish scalable operating procedures across business divisions.
• Coordinate product launches and commercial partnerships.
• Lead negotiations involving strategic business relationships.
• Develop operating budgets and performance metrics.
• Establish operational infrastructure supporting artists, labels, and financial partners.
• Oversee cross-functional execution between technology, music, finance, and legal teams.
• Help position GET EQTY for institutional investment and international expansion.

• 12+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Previous COO, President, or divisional CEO experience.
• Experience scaling venture-backed technology or consumer businesses.
• Strong relationships across entertainment, technology, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

Spotify, Apple, Block, PayPal, major entertainment companies, financial technology platforms, or venture-backed marketplaces.

Establish an accountable executive operating structure, deliver the commercial launch plan, build a reliable financial reporting cadence, and coordinate the company's first major expansion milestones.

This executive allows the CEO to concentrate on capital formation, strategic relationships, major partnerships, and long-term vision.
